Initial Evaluation

60 minutes for a comprehensive assessment of your body including motion, strength, tissue restrictions and movement patterns. This is also when we take time to find out what is important to you and what your goals are for therapy. In most cases plenty of time is left after the evaluation to begin treatment during this first visit.

Treatment Sessions

Sessions are offered in 60 and 90 minute blocks (at request longer sessions can be scheduled if traveling from out of town). These extended visits allow for exceptionally detailed and thorough treatment of restrictions and impairments.
