Initial Evaluation
The first session is 60 minutes for a comprehensive assessment of your body including motion, strength, tissue restrictions, and movement patterns. This is also when we take time to find out what is important to you and what your goals are for therapy. In most cases plenty of time is left after the evaluation to begin treatment during this first visit.
Treatment Sessions
Most clients do well with 60 minute sessions of hands on, one-on-one therapy. These extended visits allow for exceptionally detailed and thorough treatment of restrictions and impairments. For those in severe pain or travelling from out of town longer sessions are often recommended.
